Delete Your Account

Request permanent deletion of your Belagaam account and the personal data linked to it — for both the Belagaam app and belagaam.in.

How it works

  1. 1Enter the mobile number registered on your Belagaam account.
  2. 2Tell us why you're leaving and submit the request.
  3. 3Our team verifies the request, may call you on that number to confirm, and deletes the account within 30 days.

What we delete

  • Your profile — name, mobile number and email
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Wishlist, cart and recently viewed products
  • Wallet balance, referral code and notifications
  • Active login sessions on every device

What we keep, and why

  • Order, invoice and payment records — kept as required by Indian tax and accounting law (GST), then deleted
  • Records needed to resolve an open order, return, refund or dispute, until it is closed
