We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Jewellery must be returned in its original box with any protective seals unbroken.
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (earrings) and innerwear are not eligible for return unless defective or materially different from what was ordered.
Go to Account → Orders, select the item, and choose 'Return'. Our courier partner will pick it up from your address within 2–4 business days at no extra cost.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.
Size or variant exchanges are handled as a return + fresh order to ensure you get the correct item as fast as possible.
