Go to Track Order from the footer or your Account → Orders page and enter your Order ID. You'll see live status from confirmation through delivery.
We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your pincode; metro cities are usually faster. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page for category-specific exceptions.
Belagaam uses mobile OTP login — enter your number, verify the 6-digit code sent to you, and you're in. No passwords to remember.
